Unconditional, Permanent Green cards.

STEP 1

30 – 60 DAYS

Subscription / Investment & Preparation of I-526E Petition

The investor fills out and returns the Investor Suitability Questionnaire to our partners.
The investor carefully reviews and signs the necessary Subscription Documents.
Investor Engages Immigration Attorney and Completes Source of Funds Documentation
The investor hires an immigration attorney and completes the Source of Funds documentation required for the application.
The investor wires the investment amount and administrative fee to the Finacial Institution..
The Finacial Institution sends the fully executed Subscription Documents, proof of funds receipt, and other necessary documentation to the immigration attorney for the I-526E petition preparation.
The immigration attorney prepares the I-526E petition based on the received documents.

STEP 2

12 – 24 MONTHS

Petition for EB-5 Classification (I-526E)

The immigration attorney submits the I-526E petition to USCIS.
Upon receiving notice from USCIS (usually within 2 weeks), the Finacial Institution invests the investor’s capital into the job-creating entity, thereby establishing their status as a Limited Partner.
The investor receives a Welcome Letter and login instructions for the Finacial Institution’s secure Investor Portal.

STEP 3

1 – 5 MONTHS

Receive Conditional Green Card

After the I-526E petition is approved, the investor must obtain a "conditional" green card, contingent on visa availability.
If the investor is already in the U.S. on a different visa (such as F1, H-1B, etc.), their immigration attorney will file for Adjustment of Status. This process is generally quick and does not involve an interview.
If the investor is outside the U.S., they must attend an interview at the U.S. Consulate or U.S. Embassy in their home country. The average wait time for an interview is about 120 days from scheduling.

STEP 4

21 – 24 MONTHS

Conditional Permanent Residency Period

Once notified that the adjustment of status or interview has been approved, the investor must enter the U.S. within 180 days to activate the green card.
Upon arrival in the U.S., the investor and their dependents (spouse and children) will receive their conditional green cards. These cards grant all the benefits of a permanent green card, but they will expire if job creation requirements are not met.
The conditional green card is valid for two years from the date of issuance.

STEP 5

1 – 5 MONTHS

Petition to Remove Conditions (I-829)

About 21 months after receiving the conditional green card, the investor becomes eligible to apply for the removal of the conditions.
The Finacial Institution provides the immigration attorney with supporting documentation on job creation and proof that the investment has remained at risk throughout the required 24-month period.
The immigration attorney prepares the I-829 petition.
The investor reviews and signs the I-829 petition.
The immigration attorney files the I-829 petition.

The petition can be submitted during a window starting 3 months before and ending on the expiration date of the conditional green card. Approval usually takes 18 to 24 months. During this period, the investor can continue to renew the conditional green card.

FINAL STEP

Once the I-829 petition is approved, the investor and their dependents (spouse and children) will be issued unconditional, permanent green cards.
